this software cannot be used at the same time as the game

Well basically, I am getting this error everytime i start up the game, can't even get into it. "this software cannot be used at the same time as the game. make sure it is not running or restart the computer.: proxifier." The main issue is, I do not have proxifier installed or running.  I have gone through every non Microsoft service on my computer, not there. I don't even have any files on my computer by the name of proxifier anymore, so I really do not know the issue here.
