All character mods disappeared, all new mods disappear when slotted.

Returning player that hasn't played in 5+ years.

Suddenly all my equipped mods disappeared and I keep losing mods that I slot now. Really frustrating experience as you can't do much in this game without proper mods. I got a link sent by EA Help in game to another thread about mods disappearing after equipping them, however that bug report does not cover the part where all my long existing mods disappeared as well. 

It's been more than a week now and I just feel useless to my guild and when playing the game in general.
