The new ROLO level 3 with all the extra assists has showcased a bug where the Bad Batch Mercenary members can die in the same turn they would normally get captived - all the extra hits after going into captive appear to trigger death anyway even though they should still be able to make progress towards their captive contracts. I have time stamped the stream below where Xaereth uses CLS with the new ROLO fdc and all the extra assists basically guarantee that none of the merc batch team actually maintain their captive: https://youtu.be/e9vtRm9wKoQ?t=7307
The same thing can also happen to them in other scenarios with Imperial Remnants under Enoch lead, or if DTP uses his chomp chomp ability and that first damage hit brings them into captive it's instant defeat clause will then kill them after that. This captive is a key mechanic to the squad and having it get skipped over completely dismantles their ability to endure in a match
