EA_Gunner this post isn’t primarily about contesting a ban. Being able to beat Coliseum because you upgraded your characters normally, and then being banned for it, sounds like a bug to me. Yes, appealing the ban was part of it, but multiple people are being banned in the exact same manner, a manner in which it seems they shouldn’t be banned. A lot of people are concerned and would like an explanation. Not trying to make your job difficult in any way, we just want to know what’s going on. We don’t want to be banned because of a bug. Thank you.
