Banned without cause

I logged into SWGOH the other day, and it said I was banned, but I received no explanation as to why. There is nothing in all of the internet that I can find explaining why I was banned, but apparently it is due to the coliseum glitching and banned numerous players without cause. EA please resolve this issue, I've been playing for years without issue, and I do not want to give up all that progress and start over because your new feature went haywire. Ally Code - 671-792-623
