I don't know if this is intentional since I have only seen this happen on during this matchup but Baylon's team keeps being in a loop of constant fear even though there is no doubt on any characters. I don't see this happening whenever I use Malgus on any other teams. I have this happen twice when I use Baylon on offense against Malgus and never whenever I use Malgus on offense.

That is normal, no bug. Same happening if u use traya/savage vs malgus in gac - you are getting fear looped and CD increased to the moon. Whenever you face any malgus team with your Baylan just use the main three(baylan/shin/marrok) and you have guarantee win with great banners(gac).
I used him in 3v3 and had the exact same problem. So why does it only happen against those two teams but when I use Malgus on other teams the fear loop doesn't happen? I mainly use him as a Reva counter and never had this outcome. There is nothing between the two teams that I can see that can cause that drastic of an outcome.
