Friday i bought the Bad Batch Lightspeed Bundle on an IOS device. My p
urchase went through and i had to click on "buy" to confirm my purchase, so i did. But then i got an error message and didn't receive the contents of the bundle(not any crystals either as some people have). I tried to wait a few moments, but it was nowhere to be seen. Then i tried to restore purchase in-game but that didn't work. Next step was to go to the ea help in-game, which took a while before they replied with some useless information, saying my purchase was succesfull, eventhough i got nothing. Then i asked someone to check whether i was eligible to gift the BB LSB to, but it said i was ineligible, which means the system thinks i already own the bundle(should be true if everything was going good but is not). Then i opened a case on help.ea.com and the person also sent me to ea help in-game, so that as not usefull at all. Now it is hours later after trying multiple ways to try and get the contents of the pack in my inbox. I also tried to get a refund via reportaproblem.apple.com which they declined.
I have no clue why cg won't get rid of the bundles in the store and get them back in after they fix this, so there wont be any other victims of trying to get their well deserved bundle an
d have to fix any individual purchase. I hope that the people who paid for it get their bundles.
I hope this problem can be fixed and that i get the contents of the BB LSB, and also for the other people.
