Bug caused my era to be unplayable! Setting me back after spending crystals!!!
When the Era started I purchased the 5 pull pack for almost 7k crystals that I have been saving for all month. I then unlocked my new R5 character. Then the game made me restart. When I logged back in my char did not recieve the any of the shards from the event! I am now stuck at 2 star rather than being at 4 star like I should. Without spending a LOT of real world money, I am now screwed for the entire Era! I am not getting the 5 shards a day for the event. I can not get the 9+ LSTs that I was so excited about. I can not unlock the episode epic character at the end of the era. I am not able to compete and rank up my tools! It has totally shut me down from progressing in the game and support refuses to help me recover from this bug. This is a huge issue and I would like it escalated and resolved.
