Can’t purchase episode pass

When I try to purchase episode pass through ea store I get an error. Tried multiple times 

ye its usually not recommended to buy on the online page since many people including me have had an issue when buying it there. When i got that error they still took my money and when i tried to talk to customer support they just said that it wasnt them and that i should talk to my bank about it. The bank said i should contact customer support again cuz they did take it. So i was just stuck in an endless loop, If you are going to buy something do it in the game, ik that the coaxium rewards is why ppl use their webshop but tbh its too unreliable

Never has a problem before. I thought it was highly recommended to use webstore as it avoids the 30% apple tax. I try to never pay in an app because it is worse for me and worse for the developer. Never hear it was highly recommended not to do this.
