Coliseum - DRYAX T7 can't be finished - HP Frozen

I’m reaching out because I’ve encountered a frustrating progression bug. I am currently Level 7(Coliseum), but my progress bar is completely stuck at 28%.

I have tried spending energy and completing various quests, but the percentage does not increase at all. It feels like a significant waste of time and resources since I cannot level up or unlock new features.

Has anyone else experienced this, or is there a known fix? I would appreciate it if the support team could look into my account.
