I completed Tier 1 of the coliseum but Yoda & Chewie died. When I started Tier 2, they were not summoned for my attempts for Tier 2. According to the boss unique, he is still supposed to summon all 4 allies.

Same thing is happening today (I didn't make it to tier 2 yesterday). The tooltip is the same as on tier 1 and there's no indication that you would get fewer summons at higher tier levels so it's unclear if this is intended (it says "up to 4 enemies") or a bug.
I am facing the same bug with Yoda&chewie not spawning in the 2nd phase od colliseum, for me it is against the Dryax boss
if you read the coliseum info, it does say it takes away loaned units when moving up in tiers
