I KNOW 100% that I completed the red crate in this past Conquest. I completed 630 points on the nose in the game; however, I only received the gold crate rewards along with my Conquest Pass Plus rewards, meaning I only got 90 shards of Satene Shan. I obtained 631 and 633 points in the previous two Conquests (along with the Conquest Pass Plus rewards, getting 110 Satene shards), but for some reason, exactly 630 did not provide complete rewards.
I brought this up in my Alliance and Guild Discord chats, and at least three other people have experienced the same thing. Each person who did not receive the proper rewards got exactly 630 shards. Either the tally mechanic of Conquest points is not working correctly, or the assigned points for one (or up to three) feats are not accurate with what is being shown in the game.
