What happened to the crossplay platform? I'm unable to log into my account. I got a new android phone recently and when I load up the game it automatically uses guest login tutorials. Once I get done with the tutorials and press the account menu there's no way to log in my EA account.

Yes. I have the same thing.
I read his somwhere and definitely works for me:•Change the phone date to 11 Jul or earlier.
•Log in to the game
•Click on Settings (upper left ). Connection button is now available. Click on it and connect to your google account.
•Voila, your account is restored, you can restore the date

- Change the phone date to 11 Jul or earlier.
- Log in to the game
- Click on Settings (upper left ). Connection button is now available. Click on it and connect to your google account.
- You should now have access to your original account. You can now restore the date.
