Purchased all the tiers of the ascension bundle, upon claiming the shards from the final paid tier the pack dissapeared from the store, leaving me unable to claim final three tiers of the pack.

Had the same issue. Reported it to EA Help online chat and they left me hanging. And I couldn't get CX2 ready for GAC.

I just had the exact same issue. That is way too much money to miss those rewards. Also, I purchased this to get the Omnicrons to use in this upcoming GAC, which I won't be able to claim in time.
It's frustrating too because I had a similar issue to the previous commenter about submitting a ticket to EA Help about not getting Kessle Run rewards after spending $150 and had no resolution at all. I love this game and it's making me not want to make purchases anymore.
