After purchasing the 50 CX-2 shard stage of his ascension track, the ascension disappeared from my store preventing me from claiming the remaining 3 reward tiers. The 50 shards took me to 7 stars, which I suspect is why the ascension track disappeared.

Same thing here.
Had the same issue. Reported it to EA Help online chat and they left me hanging. And I couldn't get CX2 ready for GAC.
