CX-2 individual rewards bugged

for some reason I have 2 quests that I cannot claim in the CX-2 individual quest section. I clearly have enough shards and every single time I try to tell support about it they tell me I do not have enough shards… even when I have provided this photo 4 times to them. 

I use IPhone 14 Pro Max and also the computer version of this game. Yes I have backed it up, uninstalled, and reinstalled on my phone and the computer. Still no luck. The worst part is I have already claimed all other rewards before 245 and in between 245 - 295. It’s just these 2 I cannot claim.

    I wish your support team was good at replying like this. They just keep telling me it’s my fault I don’t have enough shards… useless talking to them. Thanks for the update.

    Seriously  ???    Also told it was my fault be support what now I have more shards than I have 334 shards is that enough???

    Same issue. Support sent me to this link in reply. And now that he is 7 * - have two I can not complete.

    Just dropping my info in as well I have the same issue but oddly the 245 quest completed and let me obtain the reward after I bought a pack to finish 7-starting him. The other 2 remained locked however

    Same issue here; ally code: 659-744-615 - multiple iOS devices tried.
