I experienced the same thing. Opened a ticket, provided screenshot. Week later, overseas tech support guy just links me a desync troubleshooting guide after clearly not reading about what my issue was, closed the ticket within the same minute without giving me any time to respond with a message that said, "We haven't heard from you." I want my daily rewards for that day, I don't care how petty it is.
