First of all, I want to say that I’m a huge Star Wars fan, and that’s the main reason I started playing the game. I began with a lot of excitement and motivation, and I truly enjoy playing it. For me, it’s not just a mobile game — it’s something I really like spending time on.
However, for the past two days I’ve been experiencing two issues that have honestly lowered my motivation quite a bit.
The first issue is about the Daily Quest tasks. In the daily objectives, there is a task that says “Complete 2 Adventure battles.” When I tap “Go,” it takes me to the Adventure screen. But even though the daily timer shows, for example, 4 hours and 30 minutes remaining, the Adventure battles themselves show that they will unlock again in 4 hours and 30 minutes.
Some battles are locked, and two of them show as already completed, with a reset time matching the remaining daily time. Because of this, I’m unable to actually play the Adventure battles during the active daily period. As a result, I can’t complete the daily objective and I also miss out on the daily rewards. It’s really frustrating because I’m logging in and trying to complete everything, but a technical issue is preventing me from progressing.
The second issue is about purchasing "Imparatorlugun gölgeleri isik hizi toplu paketi" . Whenever I try to buy it, I consistently receive an error. I don’t have this problem with other cards — payment options appear normally and I can complete those purchases without any issue. But specifically for the Palpatine card ("Imparatorlugun gölgeleri isik hizi toplu paketi), I’ve been getting an error for two days and I haven’t been able to complete the purchase.

I truly enjoy the game and I would like to continue playing long term. I would really appreciate it if you could look into these issues and help me find a solution.
