not sure why but none of the era of Anniversary were allowed in any of the new journeys please fix the guys

as seen here it should allow all empire but dvd isnt allowed?
Are any of the new characters even available in the guide? Inquisitor Barriss is also Empire. Rebels in Emperor's Demise are also absent, so what's special about Darth Vader (duels end)?
