My account lost my pillar of war crons and I did not receive the ReRoll and others materials. My ally code is 421 743 771

All of my Pillars of War datacrons were fully removed from my inventory except for one random level 3. I had about a dozen of various attacker, tank, support, healer crons that previously got rolled back to level 5. Then with last update they were all completely dusted. Nothing in my inbox with new replacement crons or mats. World class game CG.
