I am contacting you regarding missing compensation after the recent in-game issue with character upgrades to level 85.

- Date of purchase: April 20, 2026
- Issue: I purchased the relevant pack before the bug occurred. After the issue, other players received compensation (~3000 crystals) via in-game mail. I did not receive any compensation.
