Eyes of the Empire Tier VIII not accessible

Despite having the toons at the levels stated on Tier VIII, the tier is still grey to me and inaccessible.  Yes, I double triple quadruple checked to make sure.  Cass at R10 and the 3 ladies at R9.  Don’t want to miss out on rewards.

    Hi all,

    The text is actually wrong. For Tier 8, ISB characters Major Partagaz, Dedra Meero, and KX Security Droid at Relic 9 are required. We have flagged this as a bug now.

    Same issue.

    EYES OF THE EMPIRE Tier VIII will not unlock. I meet the required minimum to unlock this. EYES OF THE EMPIRE TIER 8 is bugged and not working as Intended. Missing out on higher tier rewards.
