I am posting this here because EA help told me I should post this here as you will see at the end of the post. On April 14th 2025 around 4pm I contacted EA Help when I just finished my fleet battles in Grand Arena and I noticed my banners did not add up correctly. For my last fleet battle it said I earned 41 banners, however only 35 banners were added to my score and because of this I lost my Grand Arena by 1 Banner. My rank went down to Auroduim 4 (First time ever) and I missed out on the Grand Arena weekly rewards because I was placed into a lower bracket when I should not be. Rewards such as Zeta materials, mod slicing materials, crystals, etc that I should of earned but did not because of this bug. It is already frustrating that I am consistently placed against opponents with Galactic Power that are 1-4 million ahead of mine with every Galactic Legend against my 3 Galactic Legends. Now even when I do win against these high opponents I am still losing and I miss out on valuable rewards that I definitely could use. This sucks out the joy of playing this game and makes me wonder is this game worth all the consistent aggravation? Can someone please look into this and bring some joy back into my life?

This happened on april 14th around 4:20pm Eastern Standard time. I was finishing up my grand Arena by doing my fleet battles. It was the last fleet battle. After completing the battle It said I won 41 Banners and only 35 banners was added to my total.

Because of this I lost my ranking in Grand Arena and lost rewards associated with the Grand Arena seasonal payout such as Zeta materials, mod slicing material, crystals, etc

Please restart your device, and launch the game to see if the banner totals update correctly after a refresh.
And, review the battle report for your fleet battles and ensure that all banners earned (including bonuses) were calculated correctly.

This does not make any sense. Grand Arena is over now I cant see any banners. My rank has already went down. I am missing my rewards because of this bug. I lost out on Zeta materials, crystals, mod slicing materials

I would also suggest you to post the issue on our official forums using :https://answers.ea.com/so that the community manager will check the issue, fix this as soon as possible for you and reply you in the same post thread on forums.
there might be other players too who've submitted similar feedbacks or have similar issues and if you found similar post, just upvote it for the team to know the number of players facing the same issue.
