GAC: Bug due to combat freeze, and compensation request

Hello There,
To begin with, I insist that this message be read in full and that its content be forwarded to the relevant teams — or at least that I be told how to contact them directly. I will also repost it in other forums if necessary (i.e., if you ignore me as usual), so I expect a complete response from a human being, not a canned reply.
First, I will explain the bug I encountered yesterday, Saturday, June 21, in Grand Arena:
I was playing a match with Supreme Leader Kylo Ren, Rey (Dark Side Vision), and General Hux against Rey, Jedi Training Rey, and Ben Solo. Everything was going fine — I eliminated Ben, then Rey as expected — and when I moved to defeat Jedi Training Rey, she gained damage immunity, which is normal. What isn’t normal is that when I attacked her right after, the combat stopped functioning. The ability buttons disappeared and the timer ran out. But even at 0, the battle wouldn’t end: the only way out was to close and relaunch the game. And of course, then the enemy squad was unharmed, my squad was considered used, and the battle failed. I’ve attached the bug videos and a screenshot of the result.
Naturally, this leads to a defeat due to the loss of banners and being unable to play effectively afterward — which means lost crystals, GAC currency, and ranking points.
This kind of bug seriously damages the game experience for many players. And it’s not the first time I’ve seen it — it already existed several months ago. SEVERAL F*CKING MONTHS!!
This brings me to the second part, which is a critique of the disgraceful management of this game.
A video game inherently includes some bugs, which are usually patched over time. But in SWGoH, these bugs aren’t fixed! They keep piling up and aren’t harmless. They cause players to become disgusted with the game and its staff.
Because of your incompetence or laziness — I don’t know which — more and more bugs are affecting the game and making players lose rewards. Just last week, during a Galactic Challenge, a bug kept me from getting some of the rewards.
The bare minimum would be TO SEND A COMPENSATION for your screw-ups.
Because excuse me, BUT WHEN YOU HAVE THE NERVE TO RELEASE PACKS THAT COST OVER $50, I HAVE THE RIGHT TO EXPECT A PROPERLY CODED AND ENJOYABLE GAME. OTHERWISE, TELL ME WHY I SHOULD PAY YOU???
So let me suggest a few things to improve the overall player experience:
Either stop taking us for fools and admit that your game isn’t worth the price you put on it — and that you clearly don’t care — in which case I’d appreciate knowing when you plan to shut the game down for good, because right now I see only a dying game trying to grab as much money as it can before disappearing.
Or fix your bugs and send out compensation for things players can’t obtain because of said bugs.
