Game Froze After Rotta the Hutt Defeated One Enemy

After Rotta the Hutt defeated one enemy, the game completely froze and I was forced to lose the match.
Why should I have to take a loss because of your broken game? This is incredibly frustrating. Please fix this bug and compensate players who lost matches because of it.
