Just before I begin, I want to criticize the lack of communication from the folks handling the bug reports on this forum. It's been a frustrating process, and no, while I'm not expecting customer service from this forum, I do expect CG to acknowledge in writing on a main forum whether or not there's been an increase in game crashing activity since the Cantina 2.0 update, and how the team is tackling the issue.
I've decided to remake this bug report because AFTER the main post of my last bug report, I think CG just slaps it with a troubleshooting label and left it in the dust. Since then, I was expecting a follow-up from my last reply explaining that I went through all the troubleshooting process and the crash STILL happens after all measures have been exhausted. Instead, I got nothing. I went through all that trouble to get, nothing. I'd expect a bit more, but guess that's why I'm making this post because I want to renew attention on how urgent this problem is, because game crashing is pretty huge pain point and would easily turn away gamers from the game.
I own an IPad Mini 5. Let's get all the troubleshooting process out of the way:
My iPadOS is 26.5, the latest version.
Force restarted my iPad mini.
Cleared my Safari cache.
Restarted Wifi and checked my connection is good.
Date and time matches.
Checked that my device has 19.11 GB of memory left (plenty).
There's no custom work done on the device and other apps have been checked to not play an impact on performance of SWGOH.
And ofc, the SWGOH app is the latest version.
