General Syndulla's "Unauthorized Mission" unique has a clause in it where whenever enemy units have their Turn Meter manipulated, a random Spectre Ally gains Defence and Tenacity Up for 1 turn. This is managed in the code as shown below by the below: uniqueability_generalsyndulla01_enemy_tm_gain_handler_handler

This handler is NOT dispelled upon death unlike the rest of the aspects of her unique.
TM handler refers to the when enemy buff dispelled gain 15% TM, not the TM manipulation buffs one.
You can see in the above footage that Ahsoka has tenacity up from the TM manipulation on the Great Mothers team. This means that Ahsoka repeatedly gains buffs that are then dispelled giving her Mastery which can lead to a timeout situation for the Great Mothers counter. As such, this should be fixed and then Ahsoka's strength as a Galactic Legend should be re-evaluated.
