Getting defeat message after win

On the sector two mon motha node after the wandering scavenger, I beat the team with tuskens leaving only mon motha. Rather than dying after all of her team was defeated she stood there and I got a defeat message with over three minutes left in the fight. After continuing, the node still said that I hadn't beat it.
