I bought the Episode Pass twice, once from the webstore, once from the app. Using the "Restore Purchases" function has not helped, nor has using the in-game help function. It has been three days now, and I still have not received the episode pass. I am missing out on limited-time rewards because of this, and I have been locked out of the Maul journey because I cannot get 4-star Barriss. Has this been a common occurrence for anyone else?

The help page has proven to be somewhat challenging. They just told me this morning that the system shows I was granted the pass, but my game still does not recognize that it is activated.
