Approximately a year ago, I unlocked galactic legend Rey, but had a bug where I was marked as completing the event, but was unable to play the last battle to receive the last necessary ultimate ability piece. I tried contacting EA help through the game on multiple occasions, and was told they knew it was a bug back then, and were looking into it. I received no contact after said incidents, but after asking about it again recently, I was informed to try posting about it on this forum. I have attached screenshots as proof of my reaching out through the game, but would like to know if there is a way for this issue to be resolved on this forum. I appreciate any help I may receive.
