Grievous LSB purchased but not received

Hello, 

I ran into an issue when I attempted to purchase the Separatist Commander Bundle, with General Grievous. The purchase was credited as crystals and I did not receive the items I paid for. Is there any way I can get the actual bundle I wanted?
