The progress will be tracked once you start dealing damage to Darth Traya.
While Darth Sion or Darth Nihilus are alive, Darth Traya is invincible and can't be targeted.
Defeat Darth Sion and Darth Nihilus first. Once they are defeated, you will make progress.
