Hondos basic states: If Pirate King Hondo had 10 or more stacks of Profit at the start of his turn, this ability is guaranteed to critically hit if able.
However in the code there is 2 issues. It says that he gains special crit chance. But hes a physical attacker. And secondly, he only gains +200% crit chance which isnt enough to crit many toons like leia or enoch despite them physically being crittable.
