I can't buy crystals?

I play PC and whenever I go to buy crystals, it just says that there's "No items found" and that the game is "Unable to proceed with this request as it is not in line with EA requirements. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information." Can anyone help me out with fixing this, I really want to get more crystals to buy stuff. (cough cough EA, that means help me so I can pay you cough cough)
