Hello! I ended up with only 305/330 shards for SM-33 after the latest conquest. I redboxed all 3 conquests and I purchased the conquest pass each time. I did not screen shot the last rewards...

Did you forgot to buy the shards from the wandering scavenger? I don't buy the pass so I don't know if that makes up the shards from the WS or not.
That would be my guess, you forgot to buy them this round and forgot one section last time.
When you buy the pass then you do not need to buy the shards from the WS. They are embedded in the reward track, which I did click and receive.
