Ig-90 TW Omicron Not Allowing Taunt Ignore Properly

IG-90's TW Omi has a bug where allies cannot ignore taunt if Doctor Aphra has more than 50 stacks.

IG-90 doesn't ignore Taunt during TW because the clause does not exist in the unique ability itself.

How to reproduce:
Take Aphra and IG-90 into TW, get 50 stacks of Siphon and try to ignore taunt.
