Inability to buy Lightspeed Bundle

Having the same issue with the Supreme Leader Lightspeed bundle. I am having the issue on mobile. I also attempted to purchase through the web store but encountered the same issue.

JuLy-oW​ What I did was restoring the purchases in the game options and then clear the game cache. That fixed it for me, the Raddus pack reappeared and I was able to buy it.
