Jocasta's omi's aren't appearing for gac on my defense Are they even active here?

This game is a mess with so many bugs, it's making me really angry to play, they keep releasing new stuff and they don't fix anything. In this new Conquest alone, it crashes so often and still wastes your energy, that if they can't even fix that, I doubt they'll fix Jocasta by the next GAC
