I bought the 5 card pack for Kleia before doing her Marquee event as I was in the store getting my dailies and was going to buy it anyway. Which meant the popup to activate my new character came up when I went to the main menu (which I did) and then I went to do the marquee event. However now, not only am I missing the shards I got from the 5 card pull (which is one of the better pulls I've ever had) but I also now don't even have enough to unlock tier 2 of the Marquee event.
A quick response would be appreciated as I'm aiming to get her to 5* and don't want to miss out on any resources.

Yeah, unfortunately it seems like a few people have been caught out by this from what I've been hearing.
