Let Mesa Help (Gungan Phalanx) Omicron still purchasable

Not sure if this is intentional or not but given you've removed Galactic Challenges from the game entirely it's a bit puzzling as to why Gungan Phalanx still has the Omicron Ability criteria for "While in Galactic Challenges:" available for purchase (also implies people who have it currently haven't been refunded for something that is now completely unusable)
