Linking with EA looses all mods and layouts

I just tested equipping mods then restarting based on someone else having this issue and found that every restart any epuipped mods vanish. This is insane 

I just tested it and you’re right! Oh my god everytime I restart the game equipped mods vanish this is crazy!

Happened to my account. Have this account since 2018, everytime I assign a mod it disappears. Then after restarting the game all mods are nowhere to be found. I hope EA will have a fix on this.

This is totally crazy.. I spend a pretty big deal of money on this... Everything happened exactly between 21:57 and 22:05 yesterday 06. 06. 2025 (UTC +2 CEST)

Therefore, if they were not sold they should be rolled-back or something... any help CG_Meathead​ 

I am having this issue as well and this was the response I got from the ticket I submitted. Not very helpful. I linked my IOS account to EA and they disappeared not long after.

Like idk maybe they should look into this bug bc it’s pretty freaking major imo. This is my current mod inventory

Hello, can anyone help me? 
Out of nowhere, my mods were gone. One moment, a friend was looking at them on swgoh.gg, and when I clicked on a character, they were gone!

I’m not sure what’s happened but all of my mods both assigned and unassigned have disappeared. 

I recently returned to SWGOH after a couple years break but I’ve had my account since probably 2018 or longer. What’s strange is I still had my mods and mod loadouts on characters at first but I noticed at some point after a few hours they’d all disappeared. 
I linked my EA account to my SWGOH account on Apple so I could play the pc version and I’m not sure if that caused the bug.

I equipped my Jedi Knight Sentinel with a few unassigned mods after sorting out assigned mods and that was the last time I noticed I had mods. That character no longer has mods either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as this was years worth of mods that I’ve lost.
