Linking with EA looses all mods and layouts

I have the exact same problem. All my mods have disappeared, assigned or not, all is gone. It was about that time as well. 

True that, new mods are disappearing into EA black hole. We are being robbed, and they don't fix bugs. They say that we sold the mods, not to be responsible for game flaws/bugs.

Yes! All new mods are going away again and again!

We informed studio about this issue. However, we need your ally codes.

I had this issue too, then when I was talking to EA help they got my unequipped mods back but I still haven’t gotten any of my mods that were on characters back.
