Loading screen timed out GAC battle

I logged in, and opened Grand Arena, clicked an opponent and selected my units. Clicked battle. and then the game gave me a pop up to download new data. I waited for it to download. Once finished battle started normally. Telling me I had the normal 5 minutes for the battle. I win the battle. Finishing and then I get a pop up telling me Grand Arena has timed out, despite winning the battle well before time out screen. The game kicks me back to the cantina. I open up my GAC. Check the fight I’ve just won. Now has 1 battle. Opponents units are still alive full health. As though I had forfeited. This will completely lose me GAC and the team I’ve used has been used up so Its completely wasted a main team for no reason.
