Good day. I am ally code 539-339-153. Game name DrV I went in to log in last night and it says account banned for playing repeat offenses. I am trying to understand what is going on. I had an issue when the eras switched over. I purchased Mara packs etc at the very beginning of the changeover and didn’t receive loaned shards. Later that day I was compensated in my game inbox with shard. Which I appreciate. Maybe this is related somehow. I am looking for a resolution so I can begin playing again.

Although it says 'repeat offense' I believe that's the standard message. So, it could be for anything (other than Coliseum, which has a specific message).

The one thing I've heard (this is purely gossip) is that CG have got quite hot on players making purchases behind a VPN. As you said you purchased packs, could this be the reason for it? Obviously, this is a rhetorical question, that's between you and CG.
