I saw three LSBs in my buddy's web store when we were playing a moment ago - none are showing up in mine. Maxed level account and I've bought LSBs before.

MasterjediLC1 is correct, the LSB will only appear if you have Beskar Mando at 7 stars AND the Razor Crest NOT at 7 stars.
