Master mace windu states:
whenever an enemy dispels any debuffs, Mace dispels all debuffs on himself and inflicts all enemies with Buff Immunity for 1 turn.
However vs jabba at least, I assume its not the only situation, the cleanse from jabba doesnt trigger any buff immunities on the enemies at all. Its not resists, they dont even show as seen in the screen shots below.
It seems to work if you also apply the omicron. But this is a bug because it should also work at zeta level. I also made a report here with more technical details so it hopefully gets fixed:
