It shows as Repeatable and no info on it saying only repeatable a certain amount of times but mine has stopped refreshing. I even attempted another small purchase to see if i somehow just hit it exac...

There’s a limit. To get more you have to wait out the cooldown. Not sure if the “may the 4th” one will refresh though.
That isn't the limit that is just how big the heist is. if you click the Information thing it says it is repeatable. If you max out that 10k it will keep going and you can collect the next stuff after. I have done it multiple times. I have done it multiple times where i go through multiple rotations of it.
My bad I didn’t understand that right I guess. Everytime I think I have it figured out, it’s not what I thought. I’ll see myself out now 😂
