When facing the boss "Maz" node in conquest, she was able to increase the cooldown on Ezra's "Reunite" with "Keepers of Secrets" even though it's immune to cooldown manipulation.
Screenshot attached to show it has a cooldown of 1, when everyone still has Exiled.
