Missing era upgrade materials post Era Level cap update.

Those who had level 75+ (i.e., upgraded with premium currency) are in an even worse situation. I had two characters at level 80 and all the others at 77, which gave them Relic 3 and Relic 2. Now, I have neither my relic characters (they’ve been rolled back to G12 and Relic 0), nor any crystals, nor any refunds.

I’m not against everyone being “given” the opportunity to reach the levels I had reached. But it feels unfair that what I spent my resources on, I effectively didn’t get. I invested them for specific upgrades, used them, and then had the results rolled back with the message: “Now you’ll be able to reach this level for free.” Fine, I’ll be able to. But then return the materials I spent, which, as it turns out now, are no longer needed to reach that level!
