Missing Lightspeed Token Quests

Hello, all!  I am pretty new to Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes (I joined at the start of the Era of Anniversary) and am experiencing a problem with the Journey Quests.  From what I have seen, Lightspeed Token Journey Quests are available at the start of each new character in each Era... this was true for me until Darth Vader (Duel's End) was released.  Since then, I haven't received any new Journey Quests (for Lightspeed Tokens or anything else)... which is odd since others in my Guild still are getting the Quests.  EA Help wasn't sure what to do and so I was directed here.  If anyone is also facing this issue, has more information on it, or knows how to solve it... I would be very grateful for that information!
